Upload the files, open this page, follow the steps. Email, AI models and RAG servers are added later from the admin panel.

Prove this is your server. In your hosting file manager open storage/setup-token.txt and paste the code here. It stops anyone else from installing before you.

Database

Create an empty MariaDB/MySQL database and user in your hosting panel first.

Cache

Redis makes the app faster. Leave the host empty if your hosting doesn't have it — OFFIIO uses the database instead and everything still works.

Admin

The address people open the app on — used in emails and the widget code. It was filled in from this page’s address.

Leave empty on Plesk. Only if another server or load balancer forwards visitors to this app, enter its IP address or range (e.g. 10.0.0.5 or 10.0.0.0/24) so sign-in logs and rate limits see the visitor’s real IP. Never enter 0.0.0.0/0.

Finish

Install creates the tables, your admin account and config/env.php, then locks this page.
